As the CEO of Chukong Technologies, Haozhi is responsible for the company's overall success and growth. He has 13 years of experience in the internet and technology industries and has built more than 10 startups in his career as a serial entrepreneur. His most notable achievements include founding Amazon China predecessor Joyo.com, influential tech media site IT168, auto industry social network Xcar, art auction website sssc.cn, and crowdsourcing translation platform Yeeyan. Gary is responsible for product development and operations for Chukong Technologies as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to founding Chukong Technologies, Gary worked for Renren, often considered the Chinese equivalent to Facebook (NYSE: RENN), as one of the early employees, as well as video platform Youku (NYSE: YOKU). Gary founded the developer community CocoaChina in 2008 to provide information on iOS development to Chinese developers. The forum later became the foundation for Chukong Technologies' core business and continues to be the largest iOS developer community in the world.

Jimmy Lai, CFO, is a seasoned executive with 30 years of financial management experience, including 19 years in the United States. Before joining Chukong Technologies, Jimmy worked at Gamewave Corp. a leading online game company in China, and Daqo New Energy (NYSE:DQ) as CFO. He is also an independent director for Sky-Mobi (NASDAQ:MOBI). Jimmy is a licensed CPA in Texas and earned his MBA degree from University of Texas at Dallas.

Lei Zhang, the General Manager of USA, is responsible for Chukong’s America and Europe operations. Previously, he co-founded Yeeyan, a translation social networking site dedicated to eliminating language barriers. Lei has also worked for major technology companies in the Silicon Valley, including Oracle, AOL, and Yahoo, in software development and product management roles. He graduated from Tsinghua University with dual degree of engineering and business administration, and from Stanford University and USC with master's degrees in computer science and operations research respectively. Lei's favorite pastime is playing games with his children.

James Jeon is the General Manager of Chukong Korea and has possessed 10 years of business development experience in the gaming industry. He has worked for NEXON Mobile, one of the most prominent game companies in Korea, as a director for China related business development. His accomplishments include launching Dungeon and Fighter Mobile and the Empire Online, the first mobile MMORPG for NEXON. James currently leads Chukong's game publishing business in Korea and promoting the company's other business initiatives, by leveraging his strong expertise and connections in that region.

Haopang Wen is the General Manager of Chukong Technologies' Japan and Taiwan operations. With more than 10 years of experience in overseas business development throughout Japan, Taiwan and China, he leads business development and publishing for Chukong in Japan and Taiwan markets. Haopang received his doctor's degree and the Entrepreneur Excellence Award from Tokyo University. Prior to Chukong Haopang also worked for Yeeyan Japan.
